Today we have, by the classic Carmine Infantino, the Flash's Rogues' Gallery! (The Flash always had the best villains....rivaling Batman's!)
Sitting we have Captain Boomerang and the Pied Piper
Standing: Captain Cold, Mr. Alchemy, Trickster, Weather Wizard, Reverse Flash, Abra-Kadabra, Mirror Master, The Top and Heatave
Gorilla Grodd in the back

And we also have some Legion Of Super-Heroes, pre-teen cosplay.
Lightning Lad, Cosmic Boy, Ultra Boy and a non-blonde, but green faces Brainiac 5! (nice work on the costumes too!)
