Today we have, by one the Legion's greatest, and most eclectic artists, the Legion Of Super-Heroes with an early-esque line-up. (I can tell because of lot of them are still in their original costumes).
Brainiac 5, Star Boy, Ultra Boy, Triplicate Girl, Supergirl, Sun Boy, Lightning Lad, Cosmic Boy, Bouncing Boy, Saturn Girl, Invisible Kid, Chameleon Boy, Phantom Girl, Mon-El, Superboy and Matter-Eater Lad. With Shrinking Violet in the air, and Colossal Boy behind.

And today we have a cosplayer doing Power Girl as a person of color.
And doing a great job of it, frankly!
