Today's map shows, as of April 18th, the regional grouping of states who will work together to decided when to re-open from the quarantine.
How unfortunate it is not to have one overarching authority who, relying on the advise of specialists with experience in medicine, pandemics, health crisis, etc, can tell us all, nationwide, when it's good for us to re-open.....
