Nebraska and Maine divide their Electoral Votes give 2 to whomever wins that state's popular vote and the other 3 (in the case of Nebraska) and 2 (in the case of Maine) based on who wins each Congressional District within the state. This map shows what would happen if every state did so.
It shows that even dividing things up by Congressional districts, Biden still would have one. Albeit, with a much smaller majority 274-264.
And with the former guy's final loss at the Supreme Court today, this means Biden's won the election like....46 times or something. (snicker, snicker)
