Not sure who the artist is, although it look John Byrne-esque, and it's Magneto's Brotherhood of Evil Mutants various members.
I have absolutely no idea who the chick is on the far left. She must have been retconned in as a member once I stopped reading Marvel comics.
But after her, left to right, we have: Mastermind, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Toad, Magneto, Blob, Polaris, and Unus the Untouchable.
