Don't know the artist, but this is his rendition of an impressive lineup of Avengers charging in a rainstorm.
Clockwise, from bottom right: Beast, Goliath, Captain America, Hawkeye, Thor, Wasp, Iron Man, Vision. The only think that could make this better is if Scarlet Witch were here too. Maybe she's piloting the Quinjet behind Thor?
