Heroes Of Two Earths
Okay, now these two aren't really duplicates, but most people consider them the same: Batgirl of Earth-1 and Huntress of Earth-2.
Batgirl is Barbara Gordon, daughter of Commissioner Gordon who put on a costume to fight crime. Huntress is Helena Wayne, daughter of Batman and Catwoman of Earth-2 who put on a costume to fight crime.
Different superhero names, different real names, slight different power set (both are athletic and good fighters, but Huntress uses a small crossbow too, which Batgirl does not), but they're both the first female member of the Bat-family of their respective Earths.
