I've had Kaspersky Anti-Viral for over two years.  Everything's been working just fine with it.

Then, a few weeks ago, after I THINK a Windows Update, I get this message from, I assume Windows, that there's a possibility one of my anti-virals might interfere with the functioning of my computer.

I'm like, yeah okay.

Then, every so often, without any notice, the writing on whatever screen I had up, went all goopy, just a bunch of random spaces and letters, even though the photos and suck were untouched.  All I had to do was refresh and everything was back to normal.  And on we went until the next time it happened.  Then repeat.

Then this afternoon, I booted up the computer and logged in, and then I had a usual Windows screen and a message telling me my regular profile could not be accessed.  Nice.

I googled what that meant, and it said to restart the computer, perhaps a few times.  If that didn't work, then disable any anti-virals which maybe interefering, and if that didn't work, then they listed a few other things, but that's all the further I read.

I restarted the computer, twice, and everything was fine.  But I'm telling out all this in case I dont post anything for a few days. If that's the case, then neither the restart and anti-viral removal worked and the computer went tits up again.

This frankly pisses me off.  The only anti-viral that I actually pay for, suddenly interferes with Windows?  When it hasn't for two years?  Fucking Microsoft......
