From Jimmy Carter's memorial service, one of the speakers told a story which was funny. As you can see, everyone is either smiling or laughing. Well, everyone but the orange shitgibbon. Is he sleeping? He clearly was at more than one point. Or does he just not get the joke? Since he has no sense of humor, nor is he very intelligent, he very well might not have.
