Today In The History Of Polt's Comic Book Collection
Today we travel back 19 years to January of 2006 and Superman/Batman #24.
I don't remember this specific issue, but I know I have it because I have ALL the issues of the Superman/Batman title. This was an updated name for the World's Finest comic book, which always, for decades, featured Superman and Batman working together. But it was canceled in 1986 after the Crisis on Infinite Earths (when DC no longer wanted Superman and Batman to be best friends after the reboot). And when it was brought back 20 years later, it had a new title.
This issue, from the cover, I can surmise that this is a gender switch issue...probably another Earth with a Batwoman and a Superwoman and a younger Superboy.
