Superhero Anydays
This is Doctor Druid. After helping the Avengers, he was asked to join the team, which he did. Then he used his mental powers to influence them to make them the Leader for his own nefarious ends. Shortly thereafter, when it all came to light, the team disbanded.
This is Laurel Kent, supposed descendent of Superman. She had inherited his invulnerability, but that was her only power, and she was deemed not a good candidate for membership of the Legion of Super-Heroes. Instead she joined the Legion Academy in an attempt to better herself. That is until it was revealed she was actually a sleeper agent for the Manhunters and betrayed the team.
This is Nemesis Kid, with the power to gain the ability to defeat any one opponent at a time. He was admitted to the Legion of Super-Heroes along with Karate Kid and Princess Projectra. But he was actually a spy and infiltrator for the alien Khund Empire. He was discovered and escaped. Years later, he actually caused Karate Kid to sacrifice his lift to save a planet, and Karate Kid's then wife Queen Projectra executed Nemesis Kid by breaking his neck, put to death for his crimes. As all traitors should be.
This is Rocket Red 7. When the Justice League went international, one of the Soviet Team of Rocket Reds joined them. But after a short while with them, he was revealed to be a Manhunter spy as well, and tried to destroy the team. He was later replaced with a different, non-Manhunter Rocket Red 4.
This is Terra. She joined the original Teen Titans as, I think, they first non-founding member. She struck up a relationship with Changling and became a valued member of the team. Except that it was all lies. She was working with Deathstroke the Terminator to learn their identities and powers and weaknesses so Deathstroke could attack and kill them all. And she betrayed the team in doing so. She died in a final battle with them.
