Not sure of the artist, but he looks very Joe Stanon-esque. Anyway, we've got an Earth-2 family tree here. See, on that Earth, after WWII, Batman married Catwoman and they, in the mid-50s had a daughter who, 20 years later, became the heroine and member of the Justice Society, The Huntress.
