Yes, Lil Sandra was in fact drowning, but Billy and daddy had just finished lunch 10 minutes ago, and they can't possibly get into the water yet. Of course Mommy's not diving in, she's in her good laying around-the-house jumpsuit, and she's on the phone with her doctor trying to get another prescription of he happy pills. So Sandra is on her own.
Serves her right, she's been told repeatedly to wait after eating before getting the pool.
