Rosabelle Mendez was kidnapped and experimented on by a secret society, the Wildebeest Society.  From this, she gained cat-like abilities: heightened strength, agility, senses and powerful claws  She eventually joined the Teen Titans for a while before moving to Russia with one of those countries heroes, Red Star, to raised another mutated experiment victim: Baby Wildebeest (don't ask.  It's stupid and really not worth the time). 

Later, when Superboy-Prime went rogue, she was one of the heroes attempted to subdue him, and she was killed by him.  But as it's comic books, she didn't stay dead and was revived, of course.  Apparently, after I stopped reading DC Comics because they became stupid, she actually joined the Justice League at one point.  

Who knows anymore?

I saw this before, and I think it's totally completely true. 

A lack of empathy, an incapacity to feel with their fellow man, is the true nature of evil.   Obviously true.  

And then take a look at this interesting chart based on a study done this year. 

I have no doubt this is true as well.    The last group has openly scoffed at things Jesus said because they're too 'woke'. 

So, to summarize the two, a lack of empathy is the root of evil.  Less than half white Evangelical Christians think empathy is important.

In short, it was discovered he had blood clots in his lungs Saturday.  But the team doctors let him play on Sunday.  But after Sunday, they found more blood clots and now he's out for the season because playing with them is potentially lethal.  But not so lethal that he couldn't play an important game with them.  Because in the end, winning a football game is more important then a player life.

Mas y Menos

Mas y Menos are Guatemalan twins.  They possess super-speed, heat generation and a shared mental link, but their powers only work when they are physically touching each other.   They speak only very rudimentary English, with Spanish being the mother tongue. 

They were created for the TeenTitansGo animated series.  The appeared in mainstream DC comics titles later, during the One Year Later event, having been shown to have been former members of the Teen Titans during that time period.

Alfred Nobel was a Swedish inventor and businessman best known for his work explosives, including dynamite.  He had 355 patents to his name.  He founded the company Bofors, which went on to become a leading armaments manufacturer.  With all he did in the arena of war and warfare, he took his fortune and established the prestigious Nobel Prizes which honor individuals for their contributions to humanity over several areas. 

He passed away in 1896 at the age of 63.
