Today I walked 1.17 miles in 22 minutes.
I've been trying to take a walk every other day. I took a walk yesterday, but I know I'll not get an opportunity to take a walk tomorrow. So after work today, I thought I'd just take a little walk. It wasn't very far or long, but at least it was a walk. And as I passed the Waynesburger, I stopped in and got a bowl of chili, and that's all. Chili's low in carbs, right?
