Anyone who knows me, knows I do not like fireworks, and am absolutely phobic about heights! But hey, how many 16 years old get to be in a foreign country on the country's Independence Day and get to watch that country celebrate it from that country's world famous landmark? Not many. So yeah, I was there!
.......and today, I'm sitting on my couch waiting for a new fridge to be delivered....
