This is, by an unknown artist, some members of the Legion Of Super-Heroes apparently oblivious to one of their greatest enemies behind them: The Time Trapper.
Roughly left to right, I think we have: Mon-El, Supergirl, Superboy, Cosmic Boy, Saturn Girl, Lightning Lad and Andromeda.
