Superhero Anydays
The Swordman was an Avenger (originally a villain who reformed and later joined them), who died in action. This pic shows a golden statue memorial of The Swordsman and, I believe, all the Avengers up to the time of his death.
In front we have Ant-Man and The Wasp (with some ants).
Kneeling, we have The Swordsman love, and later wife, Mantis.
And ascending the hill, starting at the bottom left, we have: Captain America, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, The Vision, Quicksilver, Black Widow, Iron Man, Thor, The Hulk, Hercules and Black Knight.

And today we also have some not terribly great, but still better than I could do, Teen Titans cosplay.
We have, in the terrible New52 costume with the sword and shield, Wonder Girl/Troia/Donna Troy/whatever the hell her name is; a Kid Flash who really should eat a lil less and run a little more; Aqualad, with a questionable tattoo, but a cool trident and what looks like a nice ass; a Changling, who, even though an amateur, is still doing a better job than the 'professional' playing Beast Boy in the Titans TV show; and up front, Nightwing, in a tight spandex suit, showing off his.....batarang?
