Again, I have to ask, what the HELL were people thinking in the 60s/70s?  I mean, first of all, if you're making a Cranberry Soufflé, why would you put in on top of a lettuce leaf?  And after doing that, how in God's name can you justify putting mayonnaise on top of it???

I mean, WHO would eat that???
