Don't know the artist, but I like the work, and it shows a lineup of the Justice League.
Clockwise from bottom left: Zatanna, Black Canary, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman, Hawkgirl, Green Arrow, Aquaman, and the Martian Manhunter in the middle.
