Today we have the original Wonder Woman enemy, Dr. Poison. She was a scientific genius in the field of chemistry, pathlology, poisons, etc. She later joined a group of other Wonder Woman enemies, Villainy Inc. I don't think she ever worked against the JSA as a group though.
