Today, by the Maestro George Perez, we have Power Girl and Huntress of Earth-2, both members of the Justice League Of America. 

Power Girl is Superman's cousin, Huntress is the daughter of Batman and his wife Catwoman.  They're roughly the equivalent of Earth-1's Supergirl and Batgirl.
