This is the cover from an issue of the All-Star Squadron, showing the final line-up the Justice Society. After this, the team was hauled before the House Un-Americans Committee, who demanded to know their secret identities. When the JSA refused, they disappeared and disbanded.
Anyway, we have clockwise from bottom right: Sandman, Wonder Woman, Dr. Mid-Nite, The Atom, Johnny Thunder (riding his magic thunderbolt), Spectre, Hawkman and Starman

And today we also have a cosplayer having his skin painted green by a friend. Don't know if he's going to be the Incredible Hulk or Beast Boy. Probably the latter, as he doesn't look terribly hulking.
