Badass Birthday
On this day, 95 years ago in 1931, in NYC, Charles Nelson Reilly was born.
Charles Nelson Reilly was a successful actor, director, comedian, and drama teacher. He first gained fame on stage in plays like Bye Bye Birdie, Hello Dolly, and How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, and he won a Tony for the latter play. He also starred in comedy roles on TV like The Ghost And Mrs. Muir.
However, he's true badass for his appearances over several seasons as a panelist on TV's Match Game. I always loved him best when watching that show, or the reruns of it.
Charles Nelson Reilly passed away in 2007.at the age of 76.
