Badass Birthday
On this day, 143 years ago in 1882, the second greatest US president of all time was born in New York: Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Getting the US through the Great Depression and World War II is surely badass. I don't think I need to say anything more.
And if you're wondering, the greatest president ever was Abraham Lincoln. But that's for another day.
