New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, and South Carolina.
All but New Mexico are Republican States. And only New Mexico is not part of the South. Funny how that works, eh?
