On this date, in 1954, in Rochester Pennsylvania, Tony Dorsett was born.
Tony Dorsett was a running back with the Dallas Cowboys for 10 years (and then the Denver Broncos for 1 year). In his senior year at University of Pittsburgh he was a Unanimous All=American and won the Heisman Trophy. With Dallas, he won the Super Bowl in his first year with the team. He was the NFL Rookie of the Year, a 4 time Pro Bowl selection and a member of the NFL Hall Of Fall since 1994. He's #11 on the list of all time Rushing Yards, tied for #11 on the list of highest average yards per rush, and #25 on the list for Rushing Touchdowns,
Not the biggest, baddest NFL badass, but still a badass nonetheless.
