My birthday song, my happy world (Part 251)....

 Badass Birthday

On this date, in 1999 in George, Lil Nas X was born.

I like some of his music, and he's won multiple American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards and Grammy, and many more nominations.  But the reason I'm calling him a badass is because of his first hit song, Old Town Road.   It was everywhere.  And County Music fans loved it.  And I live around a lot of Country Music Fans.  And several of them used his success as a country music artist to show that the rednecks who enjoy it clearly are not racists.

And then....and THEN!  He came out as gay and started making most un-Country music.  And those same rednecks showed their true colors.   Oh yeah, they liked him when he played the good lil N-word who knew his place.  But when he showed his true colors...well, they showed theirs as well.

It was hilarious.

And all the pearl clutching and rending of clothes and gasping of breaths over his obviously gay themed songs and videos by those same people, just make it all the more funnier.

He caught them in their lies.  Total badass!
