I don't like saying this, but when the Dems get the trifecta next time, one of the first things they need to do is expand the court. There's 13 Federal District Courts, but only 9 Supreme Court Justices. Meaning the 4 most junior Justices have to cover 2 Districts each. Just expand the Court to 13 so it's one Justice per District. That's a good rationale. But it can hopefully countermand a lot of the insanity that's been going on as well.
