It's almost painful to watch how stupidly uninformed MAGA is. But so are their leaders. Frankly, this case should have been decided 9-0. FRANKLY, the case should have never even made it this far.
Allow me, please, to quite the Consitution of the United State Of America, from the 14th Amerndment, word for word.
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside"
Now there's more after that, dealing with due process for citizens, etc. But the purposes of this issue, this sentence is all that matters. All persons BORN or naturalized IN THE UNTED STATES...
BOOM. End of story. If you are BORN in the United States, you are a United States citizen.
Not knowing this, not being able to read it an undertand it easily, not only is an embarassment for the people who spout shit like this, but also and embarassment for every Republican Politican who has starved the education system of funds, or hanstrung the teachers in what they're supposed to teach.
It truly is a huge black mark against our country. One of many.
