So I nice little two story home, with only one bathroom! And it on the first floor??? Oh no. If I was gonna buy this place one of those bedrooms, perhaps the one with the balcony, would be made into a bathroom. And that reception hall is HUGE! It's too big...but I don't know what else you could do with it...
