Badass Birthday
On this date in 1987 in Milwaukee Wisconsin, Colin Kaepernick was born.
Colin Kaepernick was quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers for 6 years, taking them to a Super Bowl (which they thank GOD lost!), but that's not why he's a badass.
In 2016, he took a stand, or rather a knee, against police brutality and for civil rights. And he was EXCORIATED for it, especially by the orange shitgibbon and his MAGAmorons. And even though he was still a good player, the 49ers cowardly buckled to the pressure and let him go. And none of the other cowardly asshole team owners would even take a look at him and consider hiring him.
Despite this, he's become and activist for what he thinks if right and just: Civil Rights. And doing that even though it cost him a multimillion dollar strategy and being blackballed from his career, THAT is what makes him a badass.
