I don't know what city/town this is, I'm assuming it's somewhere in Europe. But I love the way it fits in the contours of the river.

That would be Bern, Switzerland.
Funny, I've been to Bern and I don't remember this. Aw well, that was 30 years ago, I'm surprised I remember Switzerland at all! :)
