Today we have the Legion Of Substitute Heroes in their Mike Grell redesigned costumes, back in the early to mid-70s.
Stone Boy, Fire Lad, Chlorophyll Kid, Polat Boy, Night Girl, and Color Kid (he only did minor changes to Fire Lad, Polar Boy and Color Kid, but he did a total all new revamp on the other three.)
