Superhero Anydays
This is a panel, drawn by John Byrne, from one of the Legends issues. It was a mini-series where superheroes were made criminal, but by the end of the series, of course, they regained they're heroic stature in the eyes of the public. And the JLA was reformed out of the series. And this group had most of it join that JLA.
In front, roughly, Wonder Woman, Batman, Black Canary (in the worst costume she's ever been in, absolutely horrid), Captain Marvel and Superman.
In back: Chamgling (in the form of a green eagle), The Flash, Guy Gardner Green Lantern, Blue Beetle, Martian Manhunter, and Dr. Fate.
What else I find interesting about this panel is the Legends series took place right after the Crisis on Infinite Earths, which compacted the 5 remaining Earth into one. And four of those Earths are represented here. Earth-S, Captain Marvel; Earth-2, Dr. Fate; Earth-4: Blue Beetle, and Earth-1, all the others. The only one not having a representative was Earth-X.
