Today In The History Of Polt's Comic Book Collection
Today we're going back to March 1978 and the Secret Society of Super-Villains #13.
This series only lasted 15 issues and was a victim of the "DC Implosion". It was a unique title wherein the super-baddies joined together to battle the good guys.
Although it never worked out that well. The stories were disjointed, the art changed like every issue. The main early thrust involved Darkseid being the big baddie, but then the writer changed and the whole direction changed. And the only real regular good guy was the C level Captain Comet.
But hey I liked the idea.
