Probably posted this before, but damn, it's so good, I have to repost! It's Avengers headshots, as done by the Canadian John Byrne, in the order they joined, up to roughly 1983, when the last one pictured, Starfox, joined (this covers 20 years of real time, from the Avengers' founding in 1963).
