Superhero Anydays
Don't know the artist, it looks like an unholy cross between Alex Ross and manga, but this is the founding lineup of the Justice League Europe, based in Paris, as if the Eiffel Towel wouldn't give that away.
Clockwise from bottom left: Crimson Fox, Rocket Red, Power Girl, Elongated Man, Animal Man, The Flash, Metamorpho, and Captain Atom.
An unusual lineup, for sure, but one that somehow worked. I enjoyed the series, moreso than the regular Justice League title of that time.
