Superhero Anydays
Today we have a bunch of art by someone named Rodney Buchemi. He's doing the headshot box that appeared in the upper left corner of Marvel comics for years. His headshots overflow the actual box, which never happened in the comics, but looks good here. And he's doing Marvel Merry Mutant Titles.
The original X-Men, starting in Uncanny X-Men #1 in 1963.
Clockwise from top center: Marvel Girl, Angel, Polaris, Havok, Iceman, Beast and Cyclops.
The New X-Men, introduced in Giant Size X-Men #1 in 1975.
Clockwise from top center: Storm, Wolverine, Banshee, Sunfire, Thunderbird, Colossus, Nightcrawler
Canada's superhero team Alpha Flight, introduced in Uncanny X-Men #120 in 1979.
Clockwise from upper left: Snowbird, Shaman, Aurora, Puck, Sasquatch, Marrina, Northstar and Vindicator in the center.
The New Mutants, mutant teens Charles Xavier mentored, first introduced in Marvel Graphic Novel #4 in 1982.

Clockwise from upper right: Warlock, Wolfsbane, Mirage, Cannonball, Sunspot, Karna, and Magik in the middle.
And X-Factor, a team made up of various and sundry mutants, introduced in X-Factor #71.
Clockwise from upper left: Wolfsbane, Strong Guy, Multiple Man, Polaris, Forge, Quicksilver, and Havok in the middle.
