Not sure who this artist is, although I've seen his work before and I like it, and this is his rendition of the women from Earth-2.
I honestly don't know all of them. On the bottom level we have Wildcat II, I don't know who the next one is, then Isis, Phantom Lady Dr. Mid-Nite II, Jonni Thunder and her Thunderbolt, Batwoman, Wonder Woman, Fury
On the second level we have Huntress, Power Girl, Mary Marvel, Bulletgirl, Jade, don't know the bug/moth girl, and then Hawkgirl.

And now we have some gender bent Avengers: Nicole (Nick) Fury, Iron Woman/Man, Hawkeye, Captain America, Thor/Thorina, and Black Widower/Widow.
