Today, by the late, great Darwyn Cooke, we have his renditions of the Earth-2 Big Three: Superman Wonder Woman and Batman.
You can tell it's Earth-2 because of Superman's S, Wonder Woman's chestplate (being an eagle and not a WW) and her tiara (her hair goes under it, the Earth-1 Wonder Woman wears her tiara under her hair on the sides and back). There's nothing specific showing on Batman to say he's Earth-2, but since he's with the Earth-2 others, obviously, he has to be as well.
