This is an inhouse add for the Suicide Squad comic book from back in 1989.  This series was really something, great stories, characterization, missions, etc.  It was firing on all cylinders...unlike that horrid movie from a few years ago (or so I heard, cause I'll never see that crap). 

This is the team at that time (and it constantly changed, because while there was a core membership, they always took on villains with appropriate powers).

Ravan, Dr. Light, Punch, Jewelee, Duchess, Bronze Tiger, Vixen, Shade the Changing Man, Count Vertigo, and Captain Boomerang.
