Don't know the artist but this an homage to a piece the Maestro George Perez did of the Earth-1 Justice League and the Earth-2 Justice Society. But in this piece, we have, on the left, various members of the Earth-1 Secret Society of Supervillains and on the right, members of Earth-2's Injustice Society.
