This is the cover of the collected edition of the Legends mini-series. Might have post this before, but I think it so I'll post it again. It's drawn by the Canadian John Byrne.
Clockwise from upper right: Captain Marvel, Martian Manhunter, Dr. Fate, Black Canary (in that horrid 80s outfit they put her in), The Flash, Batman, Wonder Woman, Guy Gardner Green Lantern, Blue Beetle, Superman and in the middle, Changling.
