If I were a hero, I'd be Martin Luther (Part 3034)....

This is by Jose Luis Garcia Lopez. He was an artist seen basically everywhere in the late 70/early 80s. And it's inked by Dick Giordano. It looks like it's from circa 1980, and it shows just a whole hoard of DC Comics' heroes.

Superman, Wonder Woman, Hawkman, Captain Marvel, Mary Marvel, Red Tornado, Green Lantern, Batman, Dr. Fate, The Flash, Power Girl, Black Canary, Green Arrow, Sgt Rock, Prince Ra-Man, Aquaman, Robin, Dr. Mid-nite, Black Lightning and whole passel of Legion of Super-Heroes members: Chameleon, Mon-El, Ultra Boy, Cosmic Boy, Wildfire, Phantom Girl, Karate Kid, Sun Boy and Dawnstar.
