This is the splash page from the Justice League Of America Annual #1 from the early 80s. It shows 12/16th of the team's membership (well, 11/16th actually, as you'll see here in a bit).
Clockwise from upper left: Hawkwoman, Hawkman, Red Tornado, Zatanna, Firestorm (with The Atom on his shoulder), Green Lantern Jon Stewart (Stewart was never actually a member of the League, but there was a Green Lantern member from the founding), Black Canary, Green Arrow, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and The Flash.
Who's missing? Superman, Batman, Martian Manhunter, and Elongated Man.
