Badass Birthday
On this date, in 1928, in Pennsylvania, Fred Rogers was born.
Is there a nicer, more decent, more caring and loving individual than Fred Rogers? Television host, author, producer and ordained minster, Mr. Rogers created and hosted Mr. Rogers Neighborhood from 1968 to 2001. He passed too soon in 2003 at the age of 75.
His sheer, unadulterated decency is what makes this man a Badass. And we could use more of that kind of badassedness right now!
