Yes, Tracy Morgan, I too gasped when I heard it. I gasped because I was surprised he hadn't already done it. I mean, he's not been registering in the polls, he's not been in any of the 'big league' debates, I don't think. He's been running out of money and not making a dent in the campaign, the issues, or with the voters. Frankly, I think he's overstayed his welcome by several weeks. (although the fact Gilmore, Pataki and Graham and still running is crazy as well).
