This is from a few weeks ago when she lost her defamation or slander or whatever lawsuit against the New York Times. The lawsuit where, when she was on the stand testifying, in true Sarah Palin fashion, she herself objected to a question she didn't like.
While the jury was deliberating, the judge made a ruling against her, that she hadn't made her case, but he allowed the jury to finish deliberating anyway. And they came back against her. So, she actually lost twice, in the same lawsuit.
