Anniversary Avengers
The next Avenger to joing was Firebird! Bonita Juarez grew up in New Mexico, and while walking in the desert she came upon a radioactive meteorite fragment. That fragment gave her the power to generate fire and heat and even fly. As a devout Roman Catholic, Firebird later changed her costume to a more demure attire rese,nling, in my mind, a red and yellow nun's habit, without the hood, and under the name La Esprita. But first, earlier, she joined a loose superhero team operating in the American Southwest calling itself The Rangers. Later she worked with the West Coast Avengers and ended up joining that team for a bit.
She has not been seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, yet.
